Relevant du coordonnateur du développement communautaire et de la protection de l'enfance, le concerné sera en charge de toutes les activités d'identification et de suivi des enfants vulnérables dans sa zone d'intervention. Il/elle sera un point focal pour toutes les activités de Développement Communautaire mises en œuvre par le client and Partners, (Recensement, Remédiation de cas, CAPs suivi des enfants vulnérables en zone pilote... Pour ce faire, il ou elle sera en charge de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les CPC et les principaux partenaires institutionnels.

Être le point focal pour les activités de remédiation des cas et de développement communautaire.
Support/ Strengthen community and Governmental Child Protection systems.

•       Identification, Remediation and  monitoring of vulnerable children
Supervise Household census, establish and implement remediation plans in close collaboration with CPC’s as sell as follow up of vulnerable children.
Provide technical support for CPC’s, Codecs and VSLA’s, SMC’s and IGA’s.
Consolidate weekly and monthly reports in his/her zone of intervention.
In line with the remediation protocol, ensure that protective services offered by the project respond to the specific needs of vulnerable children identified in his/her zone of intervention.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of training activities, advocacy, community mobilization and promotion of children's rights in his/her zone of Intervention.
Ensures the proper use of all project logistics resources related to monitoring of vulnerable children,
Regularly updates team for material assistance for vulnerable children in line with project needs.
Authorizes the provision of material assistance to children and their families based on the needs that have been identified to reduce vulnerability.

•      Training and follow up of  community Child Protection systems

Identifies training needs and implement a continuous process of strengthening community Child Protection Systems in line with us Forever Chocolate Objectives.
Support the preparation and implementation farmer training.
Consolidates and Submit training reports in an organized and timely manner.
With key partners, create and monitor activities of children’s club in zone of intervention.

•      Be the Focal Point for case Remediation and Community Development activities

Organize remediation meetings with the CPC, Social affairs /key partners and submit monthly reports. 
Prepare list of cases to be remediated as well as all supporting documents with the CPC.
Provide technical support to CPC’s, CODECS and VSLA’s.
Assist Codecs in setting up CAPs and eventual implementation.
Produce a monthly dashboard on the situation of vulnerable children in his/her zone of intervention;
Represent our organisation in meetings related to project objectives with key partners and report accordingly.
Develops in collaboration with other project stakeholders effective strategies for monitoring of vulnerable children.
Ensure that files of vulnerable children are regularly updated at the level of the CPC and contains all expected documents. If necessary, make a monthly or quarterly control   report.  
Liaise with Supervisor and M&E Manager to keep a database of vulnerable children in Supply Chain.

•      Support/ Strengthen community and Governmental Child Protection systems.

Supports the birth registration process and delivery of birth certificates in the intervention site
Provides support to the organization of meetings with stakeholders
Maintain good working relationship with partners, stakeholders and local authorities
Consults and supports local leaders in organizing mass campaigns
Supports the elaboration and implementation of the CAPs in collaboration with key partners.
Captures and reports on best practices on the evolution of activities in zone of intervention
Supervise les activités des enquêteurs sur le terrain.


Profil du poste


Formation Au moins une licence en sciences sociales ou dans des domaines connexes.
Zone d'intervention Régions Centre, Ouest, Littoral, Est et Sud du Cameroun.
Maîtrise de la langue Maîtrise du français ou de l'anglais. 
Forfaits de maîtrise de l'informatique MS Office
Superviseur immédiat Superviseur du développement communautaire et de la protection de l'enfance
